Virtual diplomacy platforms powered by AI streamline communication, especially during global emergencies. Nations like the U.S. and China are investing in AI-driven foreign policy tools, signaling a shift toward tech-centric diplomacy. For Africa and the Global South, AI offers an opportunity to level the playing field—if strategically adopted. However, ethical concerns and digital inequality must be addressed to ensure balanced global engagement.
